Welcome to Short Pants Bakery! Today I’m officially launching my bakery! This has been 25 plus years in the making. I started baking in my tween years with brownies, cookies, and lemon squares. Then I saw someone on the Today Show baking a pumpkin cheesecake and I thought “I can do that” and so it began. It started with a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving. Everyone liked it so I continued to bake them. Over the following years, the recipe evolved until I was finally satisfied with the flavor and appearance. I have baked many cheesecakes for family and friend’s parties and have also donated numerous cheesecakes in support of charity fundraising events for United Way and Rotary. More recently, I donated a couple of cheesecakes as a thank you for our wonderful teachers at Twinsburg High School.
